I am a student at the University Of Hull studying Internet Computing and in
the process of evaluating my dissertation project. I would be very grateful
if you could make the time complete the questionnaire.Below is a brief
description of the project, if you would like further information, please do
not hesitate to contact me at
This project is aiming towards a flexible solution for mobile software
developers, providing quick and easy notification of development bugs and
other issues. It offers the users an easy way of accessing the faults,
issues and bugs raised on the system when they are on the move. It also
allows product testers to raise new issues through varying methods.

These methods include:

- Notification of new bugs by SMS and Email
- Notification of change in status of bug through SMS and Email
- Submit bugs in the field through SMS
- Request information about bugs, projects, and people through SMS
- Change status, priority, and notes of a bug through SMS
- Assign themselves to a bug through SMS

Future planned work on this project include the following:

- Inbound email functionality
- Instant Messaging support for similar features as SMS described above
- Voice notification of high priority bugs
