"Automatic" reusing of UML class diagrams

Hi

Is there in the market any tool that allows the "automatic" reusing of
UML diagrams from past software projects in the development of new
projects?

By automatic I mean that the information (diagrams) from past projects
must be added to the knowledge base and when a new project starts the
tool must search for similar diagrams, or parts of diagrams, that
present similarities (e.g., semantic) with the new project.
