Unix process ID

Only one running instance is allowed.
Just one line.
It uses grep and output from ps command.
I dont know if this works in your system.

#!/bin/tcsh
ps ha|grep -v "^$$ "|grep -q "/bin/tcsh $0"&&exit
#just for testing
echo started...
sleep 30
