Da Vinci Machine & Smalltalk

Da Vinci Machine is a project to modify
Java virtual machine to better support
dynamic languages.

I wonder if anybody is looking into taking
advantage of this for Smalltalk.

The benefits would include:

1) A standard open-sourced VM maintained by
someone else, optimized by many

2) Access to libraries written in a
multitude of other dynamic languages
as well as Java.

3) Ability to produce binary libraries
which can be called on by a multitude
of other dynamic languages, as well
as by Java.
