Pyrus patch

Ehh... seeing no PEAR2 ML I guess I'll send these over here. I have a
patch for Pyrus -- and no karma! (probably best we keep it that way)

I hope the fixes are correct, if not I'd be grateful if someone could
take a look and correct them.

First thing, channels weren't operational yet in Pyrus. This patch
fixes the issues I ran into while working on SimpleChannelServer -
which as far as I can tell -- works now.

Here are the errors I ran in to:
PHP Fatal error:  Declaration of

Once the latest files are in SVN I can add some info on how to use the
SimpleChannelServer and get some more testing in to make sure it's
fully operational.
