RFC: Net::CIDR::Lookup

I have created a module with an idea similar to Net:::CIDR::Lite but a
tree-based implementation that makes it easy to use as a lookup table
that stores any number of distinct networks but also automatically
merges adjacent or overlapping entries if their values match.
A minimal wrapper module also provies a TieHash interface.
I suppose Net::CIDR::Lookup and Net::CIDR::Lookup::Tie would be OK names
for these?
