Timing, Frequency synchronization using matlab

hii..i need matlab code for timing and frequency synchronization in
OFDM communication(or in any digital communication..

if i m more precise, i must say that i m saying in context of
communication(i m working on OFDM TX/RX)..
so, if i send data, then after adding noise etc... how can i
synchronize data.. or at least how can i calculate timing and
frequency offsets..(and then remove these offsets to get
synchronization)..
