Default Fulltext Search in Daisy Wiki

The default Fulltext Search available from the Daisy Wiki only includes docu
ments in the current site's collection, but the user can select a radio butt
on in the search options to include all documents in the search.
Is there a way to change the default search to always include all documentsi
nstead of just the documents in the current site's collection?
