Oracle Compensation Workbench Functional Consultant

Our customer is looking for a Functional consultant for a Compensation
Workbench Implementation project. The candidate must understand how to
configure this module and has proven CWB implementation experience.
The candidate must be able to run workshops, CRPs and lead design/
testing. Must be able to provide insight & lessons learned based on
previous CWB experience. Must be a strong communicator and any related
Oracle modules are considered an asset.

The customer went live with Oracle HR, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment,
Time entry, and Advanced Benefits in Jananuary of this year. They
would now like to implement Oracle's Compensation Workbench module.

Skill set: Package Solution Consultant - Oracle.HR

Oracle Configurator Functional Consultant

The successful candidate requires prior implementation experience with
the Oracle Configurator module. Must be able to understand client
configurator requirements and have sufficient Configurator technical
understanding to design Configurator extensions, with a principal
focus on systems integration between the Oracle Configurator and an
external front-end application (Data One).

Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
