The current status for LRGen is:
"Not enough interest.  No feedback.  No money.  Not worth my time".
That could change someday, but not likely.

If anyone has generated more interest in their product by making it
open source, let me know.  Also let me know how to get money for
working on open source code.  Thanks.

Open source does not imply "for free". You can put a project
e.g. under the GPL, or "for evaluation only", to obtain more feedback,
and sell other licenses. I've just started to upload some of my
projects to SourceForge, waiting for response (donations...).
