DOS File Lookup and Vista

When I try to use the DOS File Lookup Template with Dialog Type set to
Open
and long filenames on.
It kicks me out of my app on Vista but works fine in XP.

Any ideas why this is happening?

One other Note

I am using CW 6.3 Build 9058
