Internal Error 03 : WSLCLASS

Hi,

I have recently started receiving "Internal Error 03 : WSLCLASS" on a
computer with my application. It seems to occur only sometimes, but
when it does occur, its from as soon as the program starts. It tends
to manifest itself as windows not opening up (opened on new threads
using start) until it eventually gives the above error.

I have used the program on numerous other terminals running the same
OS without a problem. The OS is Windows XP sp2. I am using clarion
5.5g.

Could anyone in these groups or from softvelocity please point me in
the direction of what may cause this issue to occur.
